Quiznos and Kings

14 sleeps left for me in Korea and things will be changing a lot. The Hermit Kings (my band) played their last gig at Ol'55 last night. Ol'55 has been one of our 2 major bases of operation for the year we've been here in Busan. Our last gig will be next week at U2. Big crowd at the show last night, but I really didn't know too many of the people there. We rocked it though...


here we are...well all accept Travis shooting Jagermeister....ugh...ended up being a great night with a lousy hangover attached.


Here I am with Tom enjoying the last of the free Guiness. It'll be weird actually having to pay for drinks again. We've been basically been drinking for free in every bar we go to for almost a year...

JANGSAN(HAEUNDAE)NEWS FLASH

If you've been hiding under a rock or sleeping in a ditch and haven't heard the news yet...there is a Quiznos Sub shop in Korea now! It's not just anywhere...it's in Jangsan..my hood...in the Primus building! It opened Saturday morning...I ate there today when I got home from the beach....the Classic Italian sub was AWESOME!!!!

Don't get me worong....Korean food is awesome...I love it, but, we all occasionally need a taste from home to keep us grounded. This is a nice treat for all the foreigners in Busan. Just another thing that makes jangsan great!



This is me sitting outside of Quiznos this morning...well hung over. The promo girls were handing out free sandwich samples infront of the place....drew me in. I'm a sucker for a beautiful lady with free sandwiches!
